We ship within the United States only. Orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation and shipped with tracking. Your first order ships free; standard flat-rate shipping applies thereafter. Because these are research reagents, all sales are final; we do not accept returns of opened or unsealed vials. If an order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right.
